The Origami Sessions: gratitude, folded by hand
The Origami Sessions takes place across a single afternoon: tatami floor, warm light, analog synths humming, and a stack of pastel paper slowly becoming a flock of cranes. With every fold, a memory — that is the whole album.
“Fold It Slow” sets the pace. “Static and Sunlight” and “Koto on the Rhodes” let old instruments and older feelings share the room. “Dusty Music Box” opens a lid that hasn’t moved in years and finds the melody still there.
It is Chiruki at her most Chiruki: the magic hidden inside ordinary moments, made small enough to hold and permanent enough to keep.
