Chiruki’s album pretty logic begins where most breakup records refuse: with the mourning skipped, the old files deleted, and a clean reboot already humming. In “System Restore” the protagonist wakes to white LED light and lets startup chimes stitch themselves into the rhythm. Heartbreak is not a wound here; it is a glitch. The operating system of her inner life simply needs a rewrite, and she is finally the developer.

The update is not lonely. “GROUPCHAT (MAIN CHARACTERS)” is a frantic, giggly bedroom montage with piles of clothes and notification pings turned into percussion. The Squad becomes the real love interest; the friendship algorithm gains maximum priority. She drifts through pastel-neon cityscapes and luxury shopping districts, spending on herself without apology. The bass bounces like a Jersey Club pulse, but the synths stay weightless and pastel, pink and silver and holographic.

Even a flawless interface needs low power mode. “Low Battery” dims the room to LED strips and admits that recharging alone is not a bug but a feature. Then “NPC Energy” sharpens into a sassy, rhythmic dismissal: the ex and every boring man become grayed-out background characters on a crowded street. Detachment turns into a fashion choice. To leave a message unread feels less like cruelty and more like self-respect.

By the final stretch, the protagonist has optimized her code. She walks through golden hour as her own main character, not because she found someone new, but because she stopped treating romance as the only quest. The record ends in “System Ready (Version 2.0)”, a clean white void opening into a brighter world. Upgraded, bug-free, faster. The only thing left is to press play and feel yourself upgrade.
